On July 06, 2026, at the session of the Commission, a decision was taken approving the results of the exam taken by a judge on June 15, 2026 as part of the qualification assessment for suitability for the position held.

Volodymyr Lypa, a judge of the Zhytomyr District Administrative Court, has been admitted to the second stage, “Review of the Dossier and Interview”, of the qualification assessment of judges for suitability for the position held.
Please be reminded that exam as part of the qualification assessment of a judge for suitability for the position held and/or in connection with a disciplinary sanction imposed, prior to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” and Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Improve the Procedures for Judicial Career ”, in the form provided for by paragraph 4 of part one of Article 109 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, are conducted by the Commission in accordance with the Regulation on Administering the Exam And Methodology for Establishing its Results under Qualification Evaluation Procedure, approved by the Commission’s Decision No. 144/zp-16 of November 04, 2016 (as amended by the Commission’s Decision No. 20/zp-18 of February 13, 2018).
