On December 10, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in the plenary session, considered the issue of the suitability of a local court judge for the position held.
Based on the results of the ssesion, the Commission decided to recognise Ulyana Mirinovich, a judge of the Ternopil Circuit Administrative Court as not suitable for the position held. A motion was submitted to the High Council of Justice to dismiss the judge from her position.
