On July 08, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted an interview and determined the results of the qualification assessment of Nataliia Shcherbyna, a candidate for the position of a judge of the Dnipro Court of Appeal.
According to the results of the qualification assessment, Nataliia Shcherbyna scored 723,87 points. The issue of confirming the candidate’s ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal should be submitted to the Commission in plenary session for consideration.
Please be reminded that 43 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 23 vacant positions of judges at the Dnipro Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 34 candidates: 22 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 6 candidates failed to confirm it, and 6 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
