On April 06, 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of recommending Yaroslav Bondarchuk for appointment as a judge of the Yampil District Court of Sumy Oblast was considered.
The suitability for the position of a judge appointed for a term of five years prior to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (Regarding Justice)” must be assessed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge has undergone a qualification assessment and has been recognised by the Commission as suitable for the position held. Taking into account the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice regarding the appointment of Yaroslav Bondarchuk to the position of judge of the Yampil District Court of Sumy Oblast.
