On December 10, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, in the plenary session, considered the recommendation of Ivanna Okosten for appointment to the position of judge of the Kovelskyi City-Raion Court of Volyn Oblast.
The suitability of a judge appointed for a term of five years prior to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (Regarding Justice)” must be assessed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The judge passed the qualification assessment and was recognised by the Commission as suitable for the position held. Taking into account the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission decided to recommend to the High Council of Justice the appointment of Ivanna Okosten to the position of judge of the Kovelskyi City-Raion Court of Volyn Oblast.
