
On July 22, 2026, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of two candidates for the position of a judge to administer justice in the general court of appeal was considered.
Oksana Panchak has confirmed her ability to administer justice at the Lviv Court of Appeal.
Nataliia Shcherbyna has failed to confirm her ability to administer justice at the Dnipro Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 41 candidates for the Dnipro Court of Appeal: 26 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 12 candidates failed to confirm it, and 3 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
For the Lviv Court of Appeal, interviews were conducted with 53 candidates: 42 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal, 10 failed to confirm it, and 1 candidate will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition.
