Competition for the Kharkiv Court of Appeal: One Candidate Failed to Confirm the Ability to Administer Justice

On July 21, 2026, during the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a panel conducted interviews and determined the results of the qualification assessment of two candidates for the positions of judges at the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission took the following decisions:

Please be reminded that 62 candidates submitted applications to participate in the competition for 47 vacant positions of judges in the Kharkiv Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 53 candidates: 35 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 12 candidates failed to confirm it, and 6 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission. Two candidates withdrew from the competition. The qualification assessment has been suspended for 1 candidate.
